Join me monthly to rest, revive, and slow down. Each month, I will guide you through a short rest practice and explore the art of Sacred Living through story, self-inquiry, and ritual.

We meet online via Insight Timer once a month. All sessions are live and not recorded - they are unique, one-time experiences.

In preparation for the Live

  • Organize your space so you can rest

  • Get comfortable with pillows and blankets to be warm, cosy and comfortable  

  • Bring a cup of your favorite tea or warm drink

Over the years, I’ve observed that staying busy, constantly doing, and rushing around have become the norm.  In contrast, resting is frequently deferred to a later stage in life or viewed as laziness. 

While being busy isn’t inherently negative, the pressure to ‘appear’ to be engaged, on the go, hard at it, on the job, hard-working……is exhausting.

That’s why I decided to invite you to join me on my quest to rest!

If we stop, for just a short moment and intentionally pause, we experience the profound value that resting has on our mind, body and emotional well-being.  

From my own experience, I’ve found that incorporating short rest practices has been a true gift.  These moments of rest and meditation have allowed me to feel more grounded, appreciate the little things in life, and experience greater overall joy.
